Warning fraud!

I hope I am wrong, but I'm afraid there is a fraud in the taxidermy community. I'm not one to rant over bad sellers, but I want to warn you about one for there are too many suspicious excuses. 

Last year asked me to trade some skulls and I was thrilled to do so. Asian animal skulls are hard to come by so ofcourse I would trade! But the first thing that was suspicious was that he didn't ask to see my skulls, he was fine with the discription (not even a detailed one). He also was willing to trade two skulls I knew were already reserved and later shipped to someone else. He sent me pictures of a big box filled with wrapped skulls. Way more then we agreed to trade. He said he gave the others as a gift. One extra skull I would understand and accept, but there were about 10 extra I could see and that's just weird. Nobody would do this. He keeps on saying he's a college student and can't risk losing the skulls, so why would he give so many extra skulls away if he is worried about money?

When I told him I wanted to ship my package after I've received his, he didn't want to ship it anymore. This one I understand. But then he said he shipped it anyway. When I asked him for a tracking code he couldn't give it to me cause he was going to Japan till next month... So I waited, Januari came, but still no code. The package should have had arrived by now. When I confronted him again about the code, he gave me one that doesn't work. I know from someone else that traded with him it's the same story. 

One more thing that was very suspicious is that WillChen1995 also had photo's on his gallery from , but ofcourse he has deleted the photo's. 
So I want to ask if anyone else traded with WillChen1995 and got a package. Or if not what the excuses were.
